I have been working way later than usual this week myself. One afternoon next week would be good with me Let me know and we can stick it in the garage! :hifive2:Will do. I'm thinking its starting wear out the factory stabilizer shock cause its not working like it was as much as I have to keep driving it.

Your statement that the track bar was loose makes me think the bolt hole may be elongated leading to your DW, you can tighten the snot outta the bolt but if the hole is too big it will still move. Just something to check.

Thats a possibility and the other contributor could be that the caster is off as well. When we all put the lift on it never was checked to my knowledge or the pinion angle. I also noticed that the Heim joint was cocked to one side and there was no moving it by hand.

You're sorta married to the pinion angle, it will be changed by the caster, they move together. I would certainly check the caster quickly, it will make your jeep drive much better at highway speeds even after the DW is straightened out.

It should take but a few minutes to diagnose the problem. PM me your number and we'll work out an afternoon.
Wasn't that you I passed on 55 today?

I've seem to have got the DW taken care of for now! Walking around the Jeep yesterday and noticed that the right front tire had quite a bit more wear on it than my other ones. So I swapped out the spare and it seems to have stopped?? DW cause that much wear to be noticed like that??

1. stabilizers are a bandaid... IMO if you need a stabilizer, you need to find the actual issue. Nothing against them, but with power steering vehicles, you don't need them if everything is fine. 2. DW cause wear? Idk... I can't make it make sense. have you had it on a front end machine? have you had the alignment checked? Call Towles or Frenchie on JSM and go see them at work one day. If it's wearing weird, you want to find out why before you wear another tire.
