Got this out tonight. Really hoping when it goes back in there will be a factory crawl box and Davez triple stick shifter attached also, maybe even some 5.29 gears also. GG

While Motor is out we're going to be cleaning up the frame and doing some reinforcements. These new shock mounts are from Low Range Off Road. These things are beef and have about 8 places to weld them to the frame. Can't wait to get all this stuff in and the truck going again. GG

Holy crap.. that is beef!! I forget the shipping weight on them but it was way more than I expected. They are super beefy. and they are made to provide 8 welding points of contact to the frame. Might put a rock light behind the cut out and light it up at night.

I got my flywheel turned today. I had it done at ACC Rebuilders. They are 853 East EH Crump. It looks like they done a good job. He said is wasn't bad at all. They only had to machine .0015 (15 thousandth). Do y'all think I'll need to shim it with that little taken off? I've also gotten a new AISIN brand clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. The slave cylinder hose is a dorman piece. Couldn't find a factory one. Greg G

I'm gonna try it without any and hope for the best. The guy that turned it said I shouldn't need to shim it. He said that if it needs shims it needs to be replaced anyway.

I just looked at the receipt from having my flywheel turned and they charged me a $2.50 environmental fee. Seriously??!! $2.50 to sweep up less than an ounce of metal shavings. This GREWN crap has gone way to damn far.
But I think he did a good job anyway, and he was real. Nice also.

Marlin Crawler Eco seals for the transfer case. These things are IMPRESSIVE. I'll never use another brand of seal on the toyota ever. Ordered from Davez Off Road. Wonderful guy and super to deal with. Some AISIN clutch goodness. All brand new parts. Can't wait to get installed. Ordered from Low Range Off Road. Excellent company also. Will be doing a lot of future business with them and Davez. GG

Here lately I've been so busy with second job all I can do is buy parts and work on customers cars.
Hell my motor is still in the bed of my truck. I don't even have time to get by the machine shop to drop it off.
