This is THE neighborhood to be in if you're looking for a very nice subdivision in Oakland. It's quiet, lots of professional people, and all of the houses are extremely nice. If you're looking to move to Fayette County you should look at this piece of property.

We had the house custom built and the garage is 4' bigger in both dimensions than a standard 3 car garage, because that should be plenty of space. Well we ran out of space lol. If this house sells we'll be on 2.25 acres with an attached 2 car and a detached 32x36 with a 16x36 lean too and a 20x50 walkout basement. Hopefully that will hold us for a few more years.
