Well got carnage right off bat again. Broke shock mount on the rear. Welded back on just to break again. So now running 3 shocks and made it up baileys bolder for the first time ever. Mrs lane has pics. So pics to come.

Well looks like Oscar is done for the trip. The trail at the end of rubicon got him. The front track bar sheared the bolt off at the axle. Got it fixed only to break the right front axle. Then limping him back to parking lot got a death wobble in front and it's from the upper part of the track bar. So just going to retire him for this trip.
Jeff lost a bold on lower front control arm but fixed on the trail and continues on. We both do make it up bailey's rock. All in all a fun trip but lots of repairs so calling it before much more.

Oh yeah came the closes to rolling over same place broke track bar. Thanks to Jeff for jumping on back wheel which keep me from going over so we could pull rope and secure Oscar to get him up the rocks.

Sounds like a great time to me! Yes sir it has been a great time. If you don't break then you can't be having fun . I know that's Charlie's moto . LoL . But yeah a lot of fun . Debating tring to fix Oscar today so can ride New Years. |
