Now she needs to cut the fenders!!! I have tried! Even bought her a spare set of flares to try to coax her... No go, I lost that round She's totally stoked about the wheels & tires. Baby steps I suppose, but hey, she does want a stinger for the bumper.

Oops. Didn't see the update. Never mind. No biggee, she's more on looks than on function. I made sure she got the Rubi package b/c most likely it'll be our trail jeep in the distant future. For now, it's her baby and I'm just glad that she's enjoying it.

Are you guys pleased with the roof rack? I was thinking of going with the Yakima setup since I have a lot of Yak stuff already. I have a 2 door Rubi like yours.

Josh On my wife's two door, it's really tough to take the T-tops off without scratching the tops and the paint on the windshield frame. It can be done, you just have to be careful. With stock tires, the basket was too tall and I had to remove the basket for the Jeep to fit under the carport. It also makes a nice whistling noise with the basket on it it. I've seen one on a four door and it looked good, it would clear the T-tops better. The basket comes off with 4-6 bolts. It is a very sturdy rack and would be great for hauling things. It just has it's compromises. If you have a black hard top in good shape, my wife may consider trading tops even... But she does like the looks, so she may not.

Thanks. Mine is not perfect, but I think a little Mother's will bring the black scratches back nicely from twigs/branches on the trail. Maybe we'll bump into each other someday soon and we can discuss. The rack you have does look good and sturdy. My jeep top was brand new in Sept 2013
